Starting BCM

I installed BCM with no problems, but after i installed it a the worker on
that computer opened outlook and said not to run it with that profile.

How do i get it to let me install it for that profile after the person said
no?
 
Hi Todd

Go to file > data file managment > add > select BCM ,this should get you
back to that specific screen
 
If you go to start >all programs> find busines contact manager and then
enable it.
In outlook help>about microsoft office outlook. click on disabled items and
check if bcm is in there.
You can also do it in the registry
HKEY local machine>software>microsoft>office>outlook>addins.
Select microsoft business solutions ecrm outlook addin. Chnage the load
behaviour to 3. Please backup the registry before you do this just in case
somthing goes wrong.
