starting all over!

I have a new system that is having problems constantly
and i want to reformat and start over how do i do it?

If you don't know how to do this, it's no wonder you're having problems
constantly with your system.

Null you're an idiot. If you can't help then keep your
mouth shut. It's better to keep your mouth shut and be
thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
As for the reinstall. Why exactly do you want to do this.
Most everything can be fixed without a reinstall. If you
insist on doing this then put your XP disc in the drive
and when the selection screen comes up choose install XP
and then when asked if you want to install or repair
choose install. Have fun.
