starting a service at boot

I have a custom filter driver that I created a component for and have
successfully deployed to XPE. The problem that I have is that currently I
have to run "sc.exe" to start the filter. How do I configure it to start
automatically in Target Designer?

You'll want to create a component in Component Designer adding a Resource
for "Service Data".
