When I push start and then programs, I have three columns
of programs. Only two are showing and the third is almost
completly hidden. How can I move it over so I can see all
three columns??

A couple of things you can try. One, you could increase your screen
resolution but you might not be pleased with the font size as this will make
things smaller, though the size can be adjusted. Right click a blank space
on your desktop, select properties, go to settings and move the slider to
the right as that will increase resolution.

Two, you might scroll your programs as opposed to using flyout menus as
follows. Right click the Start Button, select properties, click Customize,
go to the Advanced tab, under "Start menu item," find "Scroll Programs" in
the list, check it and click ok.
