Run regedit and check the following registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Delete any "ICQ" or "Mirabilis" entries in them.
