How can I add and/or remove programs from automatically
starting when I startup the computer.

Thanks in advance.

(I want to remove Outlook Express and start with Outlook.)
 
You will have to set the program acess defaults go to add/remove programs. click set program acess and defaults and click what you want to use for your email.
