Start up

I wonder if anyone can help me...
I'm making a database using access and am not very good at it!
I unclicked lots of boxes in the start-up options and now when I open the
database the tool bars are limited and there is no way for me to access or
edit anything. This is a big problem!!!
Is there a way to change it back to how it was??

Try holding down the shift key while you're opening the database.
