Start Up

I was recently infected with spyware virus. After 5 1/2 hrs with MSN support
I'm up and running and clean again, expect for a couple of things. 1/ When I
click start up menu, the all programs tab has disappeared? 2/ Internet
Explorer, won't allow add ons and using the tools, internet options and
mangaging them is not working. Does anyone have any ideas......????? Thank
you.
