About 4 days ago my PC shut down during the day. When it was rebooted we
logged on as administrator, as always, but it was like logging on to a total
new screen. I did not have any of my documents, my sons i tunes, and when we
went in to word, excel etc. it said "welcome to" like it was the first time
we used it. I can find the documents etc. in my computer but when when we
start it is not the same screen as we have had before. It is like a
different user. I hope my description is clear enough for someone to help.

Sounds like the profile is corrupt. You can use the steps in this article to
replace the local administrator profile.

User Profile May Become Corrupted After You Perform a Clean Windows 2000
Installation

You can copy over the items you need from the orphaned profile. Copy the
folder contents not the folders themselves. Use the import function of your
e-mail software (import the *.pst)

I have like 3 Administrators and they all have different files in them. So I should copy from all of them to the one I am logged on as

The date/time stamp on %userprofile%\ntuser.dat should indicate the one you
we're most recently using.
