On start up the is is the message I get
RTHDCPL.EXE Illegal system DLL Allocation
The System DLL user32.dll was relocated in the memory. The application will
not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL c:\windows\system
32\HHCTRL:ocx occupied an address reserved for wondows system DLLs. The
vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
My question is what does this mean, and how can I solve this problem?

You might want to download and run the hotfix available from
Microsoft.

The Realtek HD Audio Control Panel may not start, and you
receive an error message when you start the computer: "Illegal
System DLL Relocation"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/

Good luck
