Start-up "raloded.exe"

I have run across "raloded.exe" in my start-up and it
cannot be be blocked or removed using MS AntiSpyware.

Anyone kows what it is?

Try running MSAS in Safe Mode.

==> raloded.exe ? Is that the correct spelling?

Try Startup Control Panel from <www.mlin.net> It's free. It won't delete
"raloded.exe" but it will stop it from starting up.

simliar problems with raloded.exe

Ran pest patrol which, I think, deleted it. But got an error message on start up that "raloded.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows."
