Start-up Programs

How do you get the box that allows you to check what
programs load on start-up, i do not mean the Start-Up
folder in the Start menu, I've loaded this box before, i
just cannnot remember how do to it, it has tick boxs etc
in it... anyone help?
 
Thanks, i got it but now i have a list of things i dont
no if they are supposed to be there...


Startup Item Command
nwiz nwiz.exe /install
nvCpl RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32
\NvCpl.dll, NvStartup

Are these Microsoft files or files that are installed by
me/ the net that i really dont need i think?
