Hi! How do I set the start-up home page on my computer ?
I looked on the control panel and searched around but
could not find it.

Thanks!
Liza

Do you mean the home page on your browser? If so, which browser are you
using, IE 6, NS 7 ...? In NS 7 go Edit>Preferences>Navigator and you
will find the box for the URL of your home page. In IE 6 it is
Tools>Internet Options>General.

If you mean your wallpaper, which operating system are you using? With
XP Pro, right click on the Desktop and then
Properties>Desktop>Background will give you the standard choices. You
also have the choice of Center, Tile, or Stretch with the display.
Otherwise, open a photo or graphic with the XP Viewer, right click, and
click on set as background. You may have to go to the above Properties
screen to change the display preference.

In Internet Explorer click on Tools | Internet Options and on the General
tab you can hit Use Current if you are already on the page you want to be
your homepage.

By this, I assume you mean the Internet home page. If such is the case,
open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools>Internet options>General tab. Near the
top in the Address section, type the URL of the desired page (usually your
ISP). Next time you go onto the Web, it should appear after connecting
unless you type in a different address.
