Start up message

When I start up my pc, the message msbb.exe-no disk comes
up. It states "There is no disk in the drive. Please
insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk\Dri The choices
that follow are Cancel Try Again Continue. I cannot seem
to find a remedy. Any solution would be appreciated
