start Up menu.

i have almost finished my database and i set ny start up properties so
that all the tool bars would be hidden. But now i cant get back in to
the menu to re adjust the sartup properties. How do i get my toolbars
back. I don't have the button view at the top of the screen.

Someone please please help!

Either...
Press F11 while the database is already open
or...
Hold down the shift key when you open the database

Open the MDB while the shift key s pressed
