sorry it the run key there...go to start..run type regedit..hit ok...find the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft/windowsNT\currentversion\Winlogon..using your user name an password double click the DefauftUserName entry, type your user name, click ok..doublbe click the DefaultPassword entry, type your password under the value data box, click ok..If there no DefaultPassword value, follow these steps to create the value...On the Registry Editior menu, click edit, click new,an then click the StringValue...the type DefaulftPassword as the value name..an then type your password in the ValueData box.....If no DefaultPassword string is specified,Windows automatically changes the value of the AutoAdminLogon key from 1(true)to 0(false) to disable the autoadminlogon feature...hope this helps you...judirae

Hi,

To automatically log-on to Windows, type CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 at Start >> Run and press enter.
Under the "User" tab, uncheck the box "Users must enter a username...." and hit apply. Supply the
username and password under which you want your computer to Auto-logon everytime and OK your way
out.
