Start Up Freezes

When I start up first thing I cannot open the internet
dial up phone number. It takes up to five minutes before
it appears.
Once I close the start options they will not reappear for
some time.

Double-click "my Computer", right-click your hard drive icon, properties, click disk
clean-up,a dialog will come up giving you options, be sure to include your Internet
temp files, may take a while.
