For starters, you've got one trojan (wupdt.exe) and one spyware
entry (satmat.exe). Also, I have no idea what rqvplsay.exe is.

Download, update and run both programs, preferrably in Safe Mode.
You should leave all the McAfee items running. To see what the
other items are, go here:

Just enter the "Program Name".exe info (e.g. igfxtray.exe,
sgtray.exe, etc.) in the search box. You should get some advice
on whether it's worth keeping. That's a decision you're going to
have to make. From my experience, it's better to open programs
like Quick Time and MusicMatch Jukebox and look for an Options or
Preferences page and disable their startup settings there. Quite
often, the next time you use the program, there back in your
Msconfig startup list.
