I just bought a used laptop and after i was done using it I turned it off.
Anyway, when i went to turn it on again, there was nothing showing up on my
screen and there was this repetitive beeping. Ive looked through beep errors
and i havent been able to find the definitive error or a way to fix it. I
have a feeling its an issue with the RAM but I'm unsure what to do about the
problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You'll need to check with the laptop mftr.'s tech support to see what
the beep codes mean. Obviously some hardware has failed. You could swap
the RAM out if you happen to have the right laptop RAM lying around,
but you're probably going to have to take the machine in for service.
The laptop mftr.'s tech support site should have a list of local
service centers, if there are any.
