Start Stop Applications based on time

I need to start and stop applications based on time does anyone know a
simple way to do this? I know that schedular can start an application but I
need it to also stop it at a specified time.

This cannot be done with the Task Scheduler that comes with Windows,
so you may want to look for a third-party solution on sites like
http://www.tucows.com/, http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/.
If your application provides a command-line parameter to quit it, you
can use Windows's Task Scheduler, but this is very uncommon for
Non-DOS programs.
