What is the process to change the start .wav in windows
xp home?

Go to Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices, and on the Sounds
tab, choose another wav file.

Hi L,

You can change the Windows Startup sound by doing the following

Start - Control Panel - Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices - Sounds and Audio
Devices.
Click on the Sounds tab. Under Program events, scroll down to Start Windows
and browse for the new sound you want.
Click Ok.

This should change your startup sound for Windows.

Hope this helps.

Thx,
Nico

Thanks
.
Go to Start-Contol panel>sound and audio devices, click
on it>click on 'sounds'tab, and then click on 'start
windows' in the program events screen just below. There
should be a little screen below that, which says sounds,
with the sound currently playing, and then a little
button called browse-click on this, and find the sound
you want to play! Good Luck! Email me back if u have any
more probs.
