Start - Search not working

When I click on Start then SEARCH and click on all files and folders and
insert a file that I need to search for, in just 1 second the search starts
BUT I get a sorry need to shut down screen.

Here is the error files:

AppVer6.0.2900.2180 ModName :msmapi32.dll
ModVer: 11.0.6361.0 Offset: 00003bea

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

This is a Windows problem, not one with IE. Post this issue to the
windowsxp.general group for better, faster assistance with this issue, and
include the version of Windows XP you are using.
msmapi32.dll is a Microsoft Office - Outlook 2003 file (noting the version).
