Start preperation for MCSD .Net

Hey ,
I am planning to do MCSD .Net.
I am relatively new to .Net.
I would prefer to do it on C# track.
Can someone please suggest me a starting point.

Approach your local user groups and form a study group - that's the mostest
bestest way to get started IMHO.

1) Read a couple Step-by-step book so you know enough to begin writing code.
2) Write code. Do some projects that will get your feet wet. Then write some
bigger programs. To pass the exams you will need knowlegde of the Framework.
Actually writing code is the only way to familiarize yourself with the
framework.
3) About a week before the examn, read a copy of the Self-paced training kit
by MS-Press. The books contain a good compilation of what you need to know,
have a discount voucher and contain a CD with about 100 sample questions
together with the answers. The book pays for itself and the material is
really good.
4) Take the examn.
