start pc get missing IDAPI32.DLL

WITH ERROR MESSAGE RELATED TO CAMTASIA STUDIO RECORDER
AND COREL FAMILY AND FRIENDS SOFTWARE
 
It's not an XP file so the only thing I can suggest is reinstalling the
application or, if this is a relatively recent issue, use System Restore to
take you back to a time prior to when this began. Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
