Start Outlook Minimised

I'd like to put a shortcut to Outlook in my start up folder but I want it to
start minimised when I boot up.

Is there a switch I can use?

I did try that but it doesn't work. I thought there might be some switch
that forces the minimised state

Guess I'll just have to live with it.
