start menue and cap lock

each of the above has problems. The start menu randomley pops up and the cap lock ramdomly changes
 
You can turn off StickyKeys by:

1. Rapidly press the shift key 5 times.
2. Click on the 'Settings' button. This brings up the Accessibility Options Menu.
3. You will see the StickyKeys section at the top of the "Keyboard" tab. Click on the 'Settings' button.
4. Uncheck the box next to "Use StickyKeys" .
5. Click the 'OK' button.
6. Click the 'Apply' button and then the 'OK' button on the same menu.
