Start Menu

Hello, my start menu will work one second and the next
second it doesnt work.I have tried to go into the task
manager and close out processes under my username that i
know are spyware such as: bargains.exe,moemoney.exe and
ad.exe and my start menu will work for one or two clicks
and then it will stop responding again.I dont know if
that is a direct result of closing out the processes or
if it is coincidence, if anyone might me able to help me
please reply.
