Start Menu Picture has dissapeared

The picture that I chose to be on my start menu besides
my name has dissapeared. Does anyone know how to get it
back?

It will only appear for the new start menu. If this is not the case and you
have disabled Picture and Fax Viewer, go to:

Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
