Start Menu Photo

hi all,
i just installed my Windows XP Home. I noticed that the photo besides my
name on start menu is missing. It used to look good.
Was wondering how can i restore it back?
any help shall be appreciated.

If you either turn off the Welcome Screen in User Accounts or Switch to
Windows Classic theme you will lose the picture on the Start Menu.

my welcome screen is off, but even before the recent installation it used to
be like that and it displayed the picture..
Is there any other way to do it.
