Start menu issue

Hello,
My 'All Programs' are not all in alphabetical order. Can I change that?
Some of it is but then it loses it.

Usually I just drag and drop the entry to the location in the list that I
want it, they stick for me.

Right click, then "Sort by name".

You'll need to do it again when you add any entries.
 
In addition to the above two suggestions, when you have the programs where
you want them right click a blank spot on the taskbar and select "Lock The
Taskbar" to freeze them in place. Next time you want to move or reorder the
programs click "Lock The Taskbar" again to uncheck it.

This has nothing to do with the All Programs on the Start Menu. This solves
TaskBar problems ... two different beasts.
 
click start/click programs/right click anywhere and click sort by name
