Several months ago My computer went nuts and tutrned off
all kinds of systems like all of my telepathy and spools.
I found and fixed all of that but my start button/icon has
looked strange ever since. Instead of being elongated and
green it is small,grey and rectangler. It is finally
getting on my nerves and any help would be great.
Thank yo

p.s I have switched between Classic and Xp theme and this doesn't affect the start icon itself, only the menu appearance

Dixie;
How or where does one get this telepathy system? I would certainly be interested.
Try this:
Right click the Desktop | Properties |
Check out Themes and Appearence.

Currently in alpha-testing @ "Area 51".

Beta versions are in the aether.

Beam us up, Scotty!

Just imagine if the spammers got hold of this.

Junk thought-mail! In broadcast-flood mode, even!

These newsgroups could be run without latency.

But how could you hide/escape?

A local advertising agency had the "brilliant" idea of adding "Smell-a-Vision" to billboard advertising at bus-stops. Because the
graphic artwork is "line-of-sight", you are able to ignore it by looking elsewhere. But how do you avoid the "aromas"? Similar to
the background music in elevators.

By "tin", do you really mean "aluminium"?

Would either of these metals be effective?

Hi Jan;
I use the term tin-foil like my Dad used the words keds or levis. Generic; any tennis
shoes, any blue jeans or foil. I also talk of tin cans. I think they quit making tin
cans before I was born.

I saw it on a Starsky & Hutch TV show back in the seventies. It worked for cosmic rays,
why not this? <LOL> <BG>

Tin cans are made of steel, coated with tin.

Cosmic rays != telepathic waves.

Did those guys actually think?
