Start Menu Button

Is there a way to change the font size on the Start menu button. I just
can't figure how to change that setting. The "start" word is VERY big and
this is ugly...

This is part of the design of the "Windows XP" theme. You might be able to
change this with custom theming programs, but this is not supported.
