When I right click *Start* > *Explore* well over half my programs don't
even show up...
For example, I have a file *Utilities* which contains over 20 programs, but
only 5 are listef in *Explore*
How can I rectify this please?

So easy, what would I do without you <g>
BUT...it would never have occured to me to try it, as I am the sole user!
As I said elsewhere, I need to get rid of ALL of this multiple user crap,
this is MY computer and that's it!!!
Grrrr.
Thanks for your help once again...

You would probably read the same info, but posted by another person.

In order to access all the Start Menu shortcuts, one needs to
right click *Start* > *Explore* as well as
right click *Start* > *Explore All Users*, so after I instal anything,
I move all shortcuts from *Explore* to *Explore All Users*.

I agree. However, XP is a multiple user operating system.
(I found that 98se was much easier to configure.)
