How do i change the startup/ending windows picture?

Please describe the "windows" picture you are wanting to change.

The IBM bios picture and maybe windows loading picture if
it's possible.

Well for the BIOS- all you have to do is write your own BIOS and then
you can put any picture you want in it. As far as the Windows 2000
