Start day of week

Dispite changing the start day of my week to Sunday in Calendar options, in
the month view it always shows Monday as the first day of the week. Is there
any way of changing this to display Sunday at the start of the week?

Which version of Outlook and which view?

Are you using compressed weekends? If so, the week always starts on monday.
