can someone help why is that after i deleted msm, i cannot use my pc, using
win2000 prof.
when i on the pc the counter will will hang half way in the white screen
with the 2000 logo. it can start in save mode and no problem. i do a
antivirus scan, its ok.

appreciate yr prompt assistance-tks
 
As always you'll want to check Event Viewer and Device Manager for errors
and or non-starting devices and also include the details of exactly what was
deleted.

before i read yr message. see what i have done now. i went to the save mode
and re-install the w2kprof. its load ok and restart.
but, after the indicator finish on the logo page (white page where built on
NT technology), it goes to the next screen (blue) with the message
"unexpected kernel mode trap beginning dumping physical memory." (the ram is
ok as it works fine with other pc)

pls advice what shall i do next step wise as pretty new here
