my daughter some how moved the start bar to the top of the screen. how do i get ti back to the bottom

R-click the Task Bar and unlock it, click inside the TB and drag it to the
bottom of the screen. Re-lock the TB.

Right click the taskbar > select Properties > Uncheck both Lock the Taskbar
and Keep taskbar on top of all programs > close the window. Left click on
the bar & drag it back to the bottom of the screen. Then go back & recheck
boxes as before.

Place the pointer in the taskbar, hold the left mouse button and drag it
to the side, then to the bottom. The taskbar is nothing more than a
window. Takes a bit of practice.
