When I click on "All Programs" from the "Start" button, I
cannot see the right hand column. Is there any way to
center the screen showing the programs and program folders?

No, you either need to rearrange your Start Menu folders, so there aren't so many primary folders and shortcuts, or customize the Start Menu to use the Scroll programs option.

I have my programs broken down into groups.

Art & Drawing
Video
Word Processing (I put all my office programs in here I have Lotus and
Corel)
Games
Hardware Programs (for things like scanners & cameras)
etc...

It helps keep the congestion down

How is this done. I used to do it in 98 & ME but am unable to find out how
to in XP Pro

Right click the Start button and select Explore and/or Explore All Users Open the Programs folder and drag/drop your folders in the order you want them.
