It says it will be available for sale tomorrow @ staples.com. You will
probably will not actually recieve it until the 30th or later.
 
Just about every place is taking orders now. However they are not saying
that they are shipping yet.
 
I will be soooooo glad when the 30th is come and gone just to be done with
all the speculation about who, what, where, and how.

The ad says staples.COM. Shipping is probably two days later. In store sales
set for Jan. 30

They may have an arrangement with their shipper to HOLD the shipment
at the local carriers location until 1/30. That is what happened wit
Amazon and a Harry Potter book (I got to deliver about 60 locations
when I worked for FedEx).
Doing so +would+ meet the release date agreement.
 
My Staples email today invites me to order today and pick up on the 30th or
have it shipped.
