standy doesn't work

My standby doesn't work. It needs a Dell Enhanced Quiet Key P52 with
Dell Touch. Do you know where I can find this?

I went to that site and read everything about Standby but didn't find
anything that applies to my problem. Maybe I just didn't understand it all.

Why? What did they say? You most likely got an OEM install. If it was,
Dell is responsible for support, not Microsoft.

Have you looked in your BIOS to verify APM (Advanced power management) is
available and turned on? Also, have you updated your BIOS recently? Check
for a later level.
