Does anyone know of a good way to create a standardized
HTML e-mail template to be used in Outlook 2000 for
sending out intra-company e-mail messages? We want
something that is branded with our Company logo and
colors and can be used to send company-wide messages.

I can't answer your question, but:
I would really discourage doing what you want to do.
Adding a logo graphic makes the message look like it has
an attachment (the paper clip). Personally I would
rather the paper clip indicate there really is an
attachment.

It also adds to the size of the message - by the size of
the logo graphic. Multiply that time the number of
messages everyone in your company sends every day and
you'll multiply the server storage space needed.

Not a good idea for inside-the-company mail, IMHO
