Will any organization able to force printer companies to have some standard
in link cartridge?

No ....

Even the standard in "standard gasoline" is for the convenience of the
petroleum companies, and not for any explicit benefit to consumers.

Ink is as complex, or "simple", as is gasoline. If you don't know much,
it has to be simple. If you know very much about either fluid, it is
more complex because you know what the additives are to the "basic fluid".
