stand by do not respond

when I turn off my computer or when I stand by then it is apear windows shut
down in progress but still do not shut dwon and stand by in the same whay
then stop reponding how can I solve this problem

Is English a second or third language for you? If so, may I suggest that you
try posting your question in a news group dedicated to your native language?
I say this not to insult or offend, but rather to point out that you're not
likely to get much help, if no one can understand what you're saying or
asking.



Otherwise, I'd suggest you start by reposting in standard English, complete
with paragraphs, sentences, capital letters where appropriate, and
punctuation. As it is, your post is quite indecipherable: some of the words
used are from the English language, but are completely meaningless as
currently assembled.

a somewhat related question,
when I go to start---turn off---hibernate, computer seems to shut down
rather than going in standby mode. I think in hibernate/standby mode,
computer should wake up when some key is pressed or mouse is moved.
I have checked my spelling and grammer twice and I also want to make it
clear that it is the computer not me who stands by.
