Stand Alone W2K Server Setup

All I want to do is setup a non-networked W2K test server
that is not connected to the internet. Because the server
is not networked I get a AD installation failed message
saying 'The network location cannot be reached' when
running the configure server AD wizard.

Does anyone know how to get around this? I need to
install AD, DNS etc before installing Exchange 2000 to
test?
