stand alone insallation file for the MSN Outlook Connector

Hi,

I am looking for the stand alone installation setup program for the MSN
Outlook Connector. I tried to install it using MSN's setup program and it
doesn't work doing it this way. Is this available?

It's no longer available as a separate download.

What is not working with the setup program MSN provides?
