Hello

I wanted to know if i can stamp a page or a set of pages with the heading 1. Is this possible in word 2003/xp

Note: As soon as new heading 1 occurs a page break takes place. There fore all pages uness a page break occurs must have the same stamp of heading 1.

Use a StyleRef field.

Unfortunately, a text watermark is WordArt, which can't contain a
field such as {StyleRef}.

The only way I can see to make this work is to insert a section break
at each Heading 1, turn off the header's Same As Previous to unlink it
from the preceding header, and manually copy the text of the Heading 1
into the watermark dialog. When new Heading 1 paragraphs are inserted,
you'll have to manually add the watermark for it.

Thanks Madam for a kind reply

But i am Afraid that i was not able to make it water mark! Can i make a field as image with this property

Regards
Rahu

Text watermarks don't have to be WordArt (though that's the easiest way to
make them and what Word creates if you use the Printed Watermark feature in
Word 2002/2003). You can, however, use a text box with the field in it.
Obviously, rotation angle is limited, and you have to format the font
manually (I tried using 24 points and gray color), but the field seems to
update automatically (which I didn't expect). Just make sure to make the
text box large enough to accommodate a long heading.

1. View | Header and Footer.

2. Insert a text box (Insert | Text Box).

3. Double-click it to bring up the Format Text Box dialog.

4. On the Colors and Lines tab, choose No Fill and No Line. On the Layout
tab, choose Behind Text.

5. Insert your StyleRef field (Insert | Field: StyleRef: Heading 1).

6. Select the displayed text and right-click. Select Font... and format the
font large (I used 24 points) and Font Color: 25% Gray.

7. Center the paragraph and make sure the text box is large enough for your
longest heading. If desired, rotate the text 90 degrees.
