Staggaring Meeting Attendees

Is it possible to setup a meeting where one or more attendees are scheduled
to attend at various times? In other words, if there's a meeting 8:00 AM -
5:00 PM is it possible to have three people set to attend 8:00-1:00 PM with
the other attending 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM?
 
No. But a completely different solution is to send them voting buttons
offering the 3 times and they select their preferred one.

The complete picture is that we are involved with meetings & conventions
where 1 event can span several days. For any given event there can be any
number of staff on-site during any spand of days as in....

Meeting X 10/31-11/5
John 10/31 - 11/3
Bill 11/1 - 11/3
Mark 11/1 - 11/3
Karen 11/1 - 11/2
Lisa 11/1
Christi 10/31 - 11/15
