I believe that your computer is attempting to run a script of some kind
on startup. This is not normal and might indicate a adware, malware,
etc. attempting to phone home or ??
If you have anti-virus, do a complete virus scan. If you do not have
anti-virus, get one, install, and run the scan. Google for Ad-Aware
and/or SpyBot Search and Destroy. Install and run for adware and
malware removal. Both are free for personal use.
From the Run command, type: msconfig [enter]. The configuration applet
will start. Select the Startup Tab. Check each of the startups and
uncheck the box on any that are not necessary. Use this site for
guidance on what is necessary:

Make a note of each application you unchecked, then start that
application, and find in preferences or options menus the toggle for
"start this application when windows boots" or similar and permanently
stop loading at startup.
If you are connected to broadband, get a good firewall and install it.
Personally, I use Kerio Personal Firewall, free for personal use.
