Just discovered this now setup creation program:

Program Name:SSE Setup program is a fullly customizable installation and
uninstallation program for program developers to use for distribution with
their own programs. It can copy files, register DLL's/OCX's,
create/set/delete registry entires both on installation and uninstallation,
create any number of links to any number of locations, etc. What makes it
different from many other installation programs included with many
development tools is the ease of use for the user, and the simpler and
easier control by the developer. It will only install what YOU want it to
install! You have complete control over what it does!

It seems it's not as good as Inno Setup-requires customising of a file
called 'setup.dat'
