sse instruction not being seen

trying to find out why sse instruction not being seen when
needed on 2k pro with and amd xp 1800 that is to have that
instruction set on the cpu?? i can't find an answer for
this was worndering if 2k has a problem seeing it in the
chipset or if amd has the problem getting the instruction
out?? and before some subjest to reinstall win 2k have
already done that.. thanks for any help

Not sure at all how this has anything whatsoever to do
with WIN2000 Active Directory. Please try either
the 'General' or 'Hardware' NG.

But to answer your question - typically there should be
no problem. Make sure that the fan is on the correct way
( guiltyof putting it on backwards myself ) and that you
use the Thermal Grease!
